My name is Champ and I am the new talk of the town!
I was rescued from the Humane Society on December
23rd, 2003. I was the Christmas miracle that year
because before I was found, I (sniffle, sniffle) was
abandoned twice by 2 separate families.
I pride myself on being the most mild-mannered dog that
just loves to cuddle. Unfortunately I am 70lbs. (a bit
overweight but don't tell anyone) and I am determined to
be the best lap dog that ever lived.
My younger brother Peanut and I are the best of pals! I
LOVE everyone that I meet and I love to play ball. I am
a pro at fetch and I really like to pre-wash my parent's
dishes but only when they aren't looking or else I will get
in trouble.
I also really like to help out around the house. I follow
my dad everywhere in case he needs my help. I help
him with projects around the house and I always offer to
help him eat his dinner. When my mom needs help I
usually try to climb on top of her and hold her down.
Once I have her down I lick her face like crazy and then
lay down on top of her until she is ok. I know I help her
because she always hugs me if I lay there long enough (I
counted to 3,932 once before I would let her up).
