When I rescued my first puppy, I couldn't believe how much my life changed, but in a good
way. However, being a teacher and working a lot, I immediately felt guilty leaving my pup,
and her not having anyone around for a lot of the day. Within four months, I was already
searching for her best friend. I found him quickly when I came upon Domino, a 6 month old
(at the time) pup that was being fostered by a girl I knew. I saw a picture, emailed about
him, and after talking to her and seeing him in person, he seemed to be the perfect fit. I was
a little apprehensive at first, but from the moment he came to my house, all nervousness
went away. I knew it was the right decision. Not only did Moki get a playmate and
'brother', but I adopted a smart, funny, fast, playful, snuggly little guy who may be the most
loyal, loving dog I've ever known!

He always has that sad, puppy dog face, but as soon as you pet or talk to him, his tail could
knock you over it wags to fiercely!! He LOVES to give kisses and must sleep right beside
you to keep warm, even if its warm out. He would play fetch with a tennis ball twenty four
hours a day if he could, and he amazes me when he catches the ball, or how fast he runs to
get it before anyone else! He never leaves my side when I'm around, and is a very good
listener. I am so fortunate to have my little buddies.
